Dear Fabio,

On behalf of the Royal Columbian Hospital Wellness Committee - a very big THANK YOU for the truly amazing cake you made for our kick off event to Royal Columbian's 150th anniversary! When our Committee was asked to plan this event, it was a unanimous decision to choose Bella Bakery to make this special cake. It is important to us to support our local business community, particularly Bella Bakery who has supported us many times with donations for our United Way Campaigns and other events.

We knew you would deliver, but WOW, it was beyond our expectations! The gingerbread model of the Columbian Tower was incredible and the cakes with the pictures were so beautiful and delicious. It was a special day for our staff, physicians, volunteers and auxiliary members, as well as patients and visitors that were here that day. The gingerbread model is in safe storage and will be used throughout the year at events as we celebrate Royal Columbian's 150th anniversary. We look forward to working with you again soon.

Thank you for the amazingly yummy Black Forest Cake you made for my Big Round Number birthday -- especially on short notice. My spouse made a late request, but Bella did the job in less than 48 hours, making me extremely happy. Black Forest Cake is one of my favourite cakes, and Bella's is one of the best BFC's ever!

Fabio designed the most incredible cake for our law firm's Celebration of 100 Years in Business. The cake design was outstanding and it tasted as good as it looked.I magine a Century Old Book with intricate detailing and that's was Fabio created for us. I'll use Fabio for all my cakes from now on.

My Mom's birthday "Diplomat" cake was beautifully airbrushed and it tasted so yummy! She loved it! We also enjoyed your pecan torte, banana bread and assorted treats. Amazing as always!! Thanks for the fantastic service. :)

We are so pleased with your attention to detail when you created a "Ring" themed cake for my partner's birthday. He is a big fan of Japanese horror films and the image of the creepy girl crawling out of the TV was perfect! The Black Forest cake was delicious, as well. I can't get enough of this place. The sweets are delicious, the biscotti's are amazing and the cakes are incredible. I just tried a blueberry scone, man is it ever loaded with blueberries!!!

I highly recommend anything and everything and I still have lots to try!!! And the service is great! Especially getting to meet Fabio himself! Not many places where you get to meet the owners personally!
